Maid of Honor – Duties

ü   Be available for the bride’s special requests

ü   Help the bride with choosing and fitting her wedding gown.

ü   Help the bridesmaids choosing and fitting their wedding gowns.

ü   Planning and hosting the bridal showers, keeping track of gifts and help send out thank you cards.

ü   Help writing out wedding invitations and keeping track of guests coming.

ü   Help choose flowers, favors and decorations at the bride’s request.

ü   Help the bride with wedding vendor’s requests before and especially during and after the wedding ceremony so the bride can enjoy her special day.

ü   Bring the bride’s family members to the photographer so make sure their photos are taken as often the photographer does not know who they are.

ü   Sign the wedding license as a witness along along with the best man unless the bridal couple choose otherwise.
