The Wedding Coordinator For Wedding Day OnlyYou have done the work and got all your wedding items taken care of but now would like to make sure the wedding day runs smoothly. Since family and friends are attending your special day, a coordinator is required to handle the schedule of events.
The coordinator will provide the following service to ease the wedding stress:
Meet with you in person, by phone or strong1041@comcast.net to set up a timeline of events.
Attend rehearsal and help wedding party understand what is expected of them.
Bring an emergency kit (needle and thread, pins etc)Make sure last minute check up on ceremony site
- Last minute instructions to bridal party and help relief last minute jitters
- Meet with photographer/videographer and remind them of any special requests given
- Meet with other vendors as they arrive and supervise
Arrive at reception and make sure it is set up
Stay through reception until 10 pm for last minute emergencies if desired
